This session will highlight how employers have made significant strides in addressing mental health in the workplace, recognizing the crucial role it plays in their employees' overall well-being and productivity. Our interactive panel will address comprehensive mental health programs, mental health parity issues, employee resource groups, remote work challenges and work-life balance, reducing workplace stressors, improvements to the overall work environment, and fostering a culture that values open communication.

Upon arrival at Devon, please enter the rotunda from the parking garage, they will take the escalator/elevator to the 2nd floor and follow the directional signs that leads to the registration table for check-in.
